Ideally, I am looking to move October 1st, 2026. However, I would not rule out moving September 1st, 2026 if it’s a deal I cannot pass. I would like to find a room or basement between $800-$1000 (all inclusive) I would like to find a place East End of Ottawa to be close to my daughter. I am a very responsible individual. My credit score is excellent (845+). I am reserved, quiet, peaceful and respectful of other’s privacy. I am retired from the Federal Government. I do work part-time (2 days/per week for a reputable retail company). I am looking for a safe, quiet and budget friendly place to live (all inclusive). I do not smoke. I do not do drugs. I am a chill, easygoing person. I do have a 14 year old orange tabby - very quiet and clean.
