I am a single female professional employed at McMaster university. I have family in the milton region and am looking for a place in Burlington as it’s the midpoint between both cities (Milton and Hamilton). I do not smoke or have pets. I also have 5 years of timely rent payments. I’m very clean (borderline OCD) and barely cook at home. I own one vehicle (Nissan Sentra) and usually won’t be home on weekends.
