In need of a place for Oct.1st for me and my 2 kids

-EIA friendly

-Would appreciate a 2 bedroom or even 1 bedroom+ den

-Budget is $1,300 without utilities included, $1,500 all utilities included

-Chalmers, Talbot/Grey, East Elmwood area only

-Pet friendly as I have 2 pet rats (not sure about a pet deposit as I’ve ever paid for one when I had a dog or cat. Did pay for pet deposit where we live currently but I had a dog then)

-Would appreciate a backyard as well and don’t want to be in an apartment

-Currently in a small 1 bedroom house as that’s all I could afford before getting my kids back. We have a tiny “backyard” and our place is mold infested as well.
