Recent university graduate looking for a private studio, bachelor, or 1-bedroom apartment in Toronto starting around August 20, 2026. I am specifically looking for an entire private unit, not a room or shared accommodation. Furnished and air conditioning is required. My budget is up to approximately $1,900/month including utilities. I’m looking for a flexible short-term arrangement, ideally one month initially with the option to extend month-to-month, or a 1–2 month fixed term. I’m clean, quiet, responsible, a non-smoker, and can provide any reasonable documentation required.
