Hello,

I am looking for a furnished room with a private bathroom on the main floor near the University of Alberta for the duration of a 10-month law program.

My requirements include:

• Kitchen privileges with designated space in the refrigerator and on kitchen shelves for my pots, pans, and dishes.
• A parking space.

To tell you a little about myself, I am a 60-year-old mature, quiet, very clean, non-smoking, and non-drinking professional. I am a US citizen and have been teaching in California for the past 20 years. I recently left my teaching job to pursue my passion for law at the University of Alberta.

I do not have any pets and prefer a quiet environment without socialization or overnight guests, as I will be highly focused on my coursework. I am very tidy and always clean up immediately after cooking, which I plan to do twice a day (a quick meal in the morning and dinner in the evening).

My classes commence on September 1, 2026, and I will be arriving in Edmonton by myself on August 30, 2026.
