Kyle Pittman-Gates

Hi! My name is Kyle, and I’m a 36-year-old professional relocating from Ontario to Yellowknife to start a new position with the Government of the Northwest Territories in Health & Social Services.

I’m a responsible, respectful, and clean person who takes pride in keeping my living space organized and comfortable. I work full-time, so I’ll generally have a regular routine and spend a lot of my time working or exploring the area. I’m also fairly independent and value having a quiet, comfortable place to come home to.

I’m looking for a room in Yellowknife starting around October 1st and would ideally like a longer-term arrangement. I’m respectful of other people’s space and privacy, reliable with rent and bills, and would be happy to contribute to keeping the common areas clean and maintained.

Since I’m new to Yellowknife, I’m also looking forward to getting to know the area and meeting some new people. I’m easygoing, approachable, and would like to have a good relationship with whoever I live with while still respecting each other’s independence.
