Aditya Nair

I am Aditya, 34, a full-time MBA student at UBC Sauder. Before returning to school, I spent about ten years in marketing and advertising, including running my own small agency, so I’m a good deal further along than the average student.

I am looking for a furnished studio or 1-bedroom from September through January 31, 2027, as my program finishes in December.

I live quietly and I look after a place properly. Non-smoker, no pets, no parties, and I am not someone who has people over. I have rented in Vancouver since 2025 and my current building manager is happy to provide a reference and take a call. I can also provide proof of UBC enrolment and rental history.

I know a shorter term is not what most landlords are after, so I am happy to discuss what would make it work.
