Anoushka & Arjun

We are Arjun Barua and Anoushka Unni, and we are pleased to introduce ourselves as prospective tenants. We are a young working couple relocating to Toronto as we continue building our careers, and we are excited about the opportunity to make your property our next home. We moved to Canada five years ago to pursue our studies at the University of British Columbia and have since transitioned into our professional careers. We are both employed full-time in stable positions: Anoushka works in sales, and Arjun works in customer support at a fintech company. We are hardworking, responsible, and financially reliable, and we would be happy to provide employment verification, references, and any additional supporting documentation required as part of the application process. As tenants, we understand the importance of treating a rental property with care and respect. We are clean, organized, and conscientious, and we take pride in maintaining the places we live in. We would treat your property as our home, keeping it well looked after and communicating promptly should any issues arise. We are also quiet and considerate of our neighbours and would aim to be respectful members of the building and community. Outside of work, we enjoy a relatively calm lifestyle. Anoushka enjoys running, while Arjun enjoys golf. We are looking for a comfortable place where we can settle into this next chapter of our lives and establish ourselves in Toronto.
