I am a mature, quiet and respectful 47 old male who’s clean, tidy, easygoing and down to earth. On short term disability EI Sickness Benefits as of September and will be transitioning to Long term disability with my employer once that ends in December and also have a Persons With Disabilities application in with Income Assistance BC completed by my family doctor. Therefore my source of income is and will continue to be stable.
