Hi everyone!

I’m supposed to fly to Canada next week on a Working Holiday visa, but I still haven’t found accommodation, so I’m hoping someone here might be able to help me find a room or a shared place.

A little about me — I’m a positive, creative and easy-going person. I love cozy evenings with books, creative activities, good conversations and good company. I also love hiking, exploring new places and going on trips, but I equally enjoy going downtown for a coffee, dinner or just sitting somewhere nice and enjoying the city. 🌲🥾☕️

I’ve worked in different jobs back (teacher in kindergarten and also shop assistant at airport) home and I’m coming with enough savings to comfortably cover my first months, so I’m financially prepared. I’m also happy to provide references if needed.

To be honest, I’m going through quite a big change in my life right now. My boyfriend recently broke up with me, and for a moment I questioned whether I should still go to Canada. But then I realized that if I don’t do it now, I might never do it.

I’ve already left a lot behind in the Czech Republic and I don’t really have anything keeping me there anymore. I’ve always wanted to experience living abroad, improve my English, grow as a person and build a new life somewhere completely different.

I feel like this is the moment when I either take the leap and go now, or I’ll spend the winter talking myself out of it — and by spring, it might already feel too late. So I decided I don’t want fear or a difficult moment in my personal life to stop me. I actually really want to go. 🤍

That’s why I’d be especially happy to find a home with a group of kind, positive and like-minded girls who enjoy adventures, hiking and exploring, but also cozy evenings and good conversations.
