Description

I am a quiet, tidy, and respectful individual. I have a car, so I would require a parking spot. I am looking for a lease that renews every 6 months or so as I am having a house built and need some flexibility with occupancy. I have family close by and will be spending a fair amount of time with them. I am easy going, tend to keep to myself, and prefer a calm, harmonious living environment. I do not have a pet but enjoy those of others (especially dogs ;). I like to garden and am an accomplished decorator, and would be willing to offer assistance if needed.
