My name is Sebastian DeCarle. I am a 29 yr old male, I make music as a hobby (quietly), and for work I am starting a new job in the GTA with a company called Claybar Contracting. They are responsible for the construction and maintenance of gas stations. I will be earning about $4000+ monthly (before taxes). My credit score is low 600s right now, but I just finished my consumer proposal earlier this year and have started to rebuild my credit. It will be only me renting. I do not smoke. I do not have pets. I do not party. I would like to move in Oct 1st. I need just 1 parking spot.
