My name is Charles and I am looking for an apartment or room to rent in Cornwall.

I’m currently unable to work due to various health issues and I receive ODSP. I have good credit history and have an unbroken record of paying rent either early or on-time (my current landlord can vouch for this). I can provide excellent references and am happy to undergo a background check, if required.

I’m a quiet and considerate person and looking to live in a calm, clean, and respectable household with roommates who value the same. I’m quite shy and tend to keep to myself. I don’t drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes, although I sometimes smoke cannabis, however always outdoors - absolutely never inside. Happy to go off-property entirely to smoke if this is a concern.

Preferably looking for a room that is unfurnished or semi-furnished as I have a few pieces of furniture already. Access to a washing machine/dryer is essential. I don’t drive, so do not require a parking space. My budget is $950pm exc utilities or $1100 inc utilities. I am primarily looking just for myself, but will consider teaming-up with the right people. I am aiming to move at the beginning of November.
