My girlfriend and I are looking for a one-bedroom place to rent in the Comox Valley. We’re both young, working full-time, and have a steady income. I currently work full-time at Liberty Kitchen, 5 days a week, around 8 hours a day so does she.

We’re a pretty quiet couple and mostly keep to ourselves. Our schedules are usually later because of work, so we’re often out working in the evenings and home later at night.

We’re responsible with our money and can provide proof of employment/income and references where available. We’re clean, respectful of the property, and would take good care of the place.
