I’m a 26-year-old male young professional moving to Ottawa from Belfast in early September for work. I’ll be starting with Fusion Fuel Cycles, whose Ottawa office is near Bayview Station/Bayview Yards.

I’m looking for a furnished room in a shared house or apartment from early September, ideally on a 6–12 month lease. I’m able to sign immediately if I find somewhere suitable.

I’m available for viewings from Monday, September 7th onwards.

Ideally looking for:

$600–1,200/month Furnished Parking preferred Hintonburg, Little Italy, Centretown, Sandy Hill, Glebe or nearby Good access to public transport, particularly if it makes getting to Bayview Station/Bayview Yards easy Happy to live with young professionals or students Close to shops, restaurants, bars and other amenities
