Hi! I’m a quiet, respectful, and easygoing person looking for a comfortable place to call home. I tend to keep to myself and I don’t play loud music or games, so I’m generally a very low-noise tenant. I also work nights, so I’m often asleep while others are awake and at work while others are home.

I’m currently employed working Monday to Friday, occasionally weekends and earn $17.60/hour, with an increase to $19.60/hour in approximately three months. I’m responsible with my work schedule and am looking for a stable living situation.

I do need to do laundry regularly for work since I work with food, and lots of sugary produce but I’m happy to handwash certain things and hang clothes to dry if the proper setup is available, especially to help keep hydro costs down. I’m also very respectful of shared utilities and am happy to adapt to household preferences.

I enjoy cooking and baking and have experience being mindful of food allergies and dietary needs. If I make something extra, I’m always happy to share some yummy food or baked goods with the people I live with!

I’m very easygoing and open to adjusting my routines and habits to fit the lifestyle of the household. Once I’m comfortable, I tend to become quite friendly and enjoy finding little ways to make life easier for the people around me, whether that means helping with household tasks, cooking, or simply being considerate of what needs to be done.
