I’m looking for a FREE FEMALE (trans women welcome) roommate who will be a support to me in exchange for very cheap or free rent to move into a 2 bedroom, 1 or more bath apartment. I am a very busy student and career woman moving from Selkirk to shorten my commute and prepare for my baby. I have 2 large dogs.

I’m expecting my first child in January so I would pay for a child abuse registry check. We should meet for coffee first. I would ask $0-350 rent depending on how you are able to support me. I need someone to walk my dogs twice per day (20 minutes of sniffing, not exercise as we go to the park to run for that), sweep daily, vacuum two times per week, (as I am averse to loud noises) and potentially shovel snow, move clothes from washer to dyer every other day. And cook breakfast (that i buy us) if you are good at cooking :) just eggs, toast, and fruit most days. I have a nespresso youre welcome to use as well.

I prefer to do all other house work because I am very particular. Especially kitchen and bathroom cleaning. My two dogs are large, friendly, high energy and CRATE TRAINED. Well behaved and mostly quiet.

I can buy us high end toiletries to share, some shared food because I have a Costco membership, I have an air fryer, vacuum food sealer, nespresso, crock pot, rice cooker, blender, food processor and lots of furniture so you can come completely empty handed. I can even buy you a bed from Costco if you need

NO CATS unfortunately because one of my dogs is very prey-driven :(

I am seriously looking in the St. Vital area (on a bus route) but have not secured a place yet. If we look together I am fine with anywhere with a parking spot and stairs-free entrance because I will have a stroller soon.

Also obvs the dad is not in the picture, hes a deadbeat prof at the U of M
