I have a 2 bedroom apartment near Royalwood/Dakota Crossing. I am looking for a FEMALE (trans women welcome) roommate who can support to me with household chores in exchange for very cheap or free rent. I am a very busy student and work 3+ jobs at any given time.

I’m expecting my first child in January so I would pay for a child abuse registry check. We should meet for coffee first. I would ask $0-350 rent depending on how much work you can do. I need someone to: -Hang out when my dogs when I am at work and you are at home -Walk my dogs twice per day on Tuesdays and one weekend day (10 minutes of sniffing 2x, not exercise as we go to the park to run for that) there is a path right outside my apartment, -Sweep and vacuum 2 times per week (only kitchen and living room) -Move clothes from washer to dyer twice or less a week. – Optionally: cook breakfast (from food that I buy us) if you are good at cooking :) just eggs, toast, and fruit most days. I have a nespresso you’re welcome to use as well and a costco membership I am happy to buy common foods to share in bulk. I can buy us high end toiletries to share. I have an air fryer, vacuum food sealer, nespresso, crock pot, rice cooker, blender, food processor and lots of furniture so you can come completely empty handed. I can even buy you a bed from Costco if you need

My two dogs are large, friendly, high energy and CRATE TRAINED. Well behaved and mostly quiet. but NO CATS unfortunately because one of my dogs is very prey-driven :(
