Chiara

My name is Chiara Power, I am 24 years old and looking for a place to rent in Vancouver starting October 1st for at least a year. I’m originally from the US but I’m a graduate of the University of Victoria with my degree in Theatre performance. I am planning on pursuing theatre and film in Vancouver while exploring the city.

I am very clean, tidy and respectful of others’ space. I have experience renting and living with roommates for 3+ years. I am sociable but not too extroverted. I’m easy-going and love coffee, long walks, tarot readings, and watching good TV. I love going to the beach and looking for sea glass and I like to make yummy dinners (I’m a wizard with a rice cooker and an air fryer). I am also a passionate artist and value human creativity and connection.

While I expect to be out of the house a lot I also do need to make a lot of self-tapes for auditions so would essentially be working from home a bit on those.

I am going to be in Vancouver September 15-17 and would love to set up a viewing if possible if it is still available. I have references from past roommates, landlords and employers as well as bank statements if needed.
