Hi! I’m Margad, a fourth-year Psychology student at SFU. I’m looking for a female roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment near SFU Burnaby, Brentwood, Lougheed, Coquitlam Centre, or nearby areas. I’m clean, respectful, organized, and fairly quiet at home. I enjoy having a comfortable and tidy living space and am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. I’m usually busy with classes, studying, and work. I’ve found several apartments that I’m interested in and would like to find a compatible roommate before signing a lease. My ideal move-in date is November 1, and I’m open to both students and young professionals. My budget is approximately $1,200–$1,300 per month plus utilities, depending on the apartment. I’d love to live with someone friendly, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces.
