I’m 46 years old and recently started working with WSP as an Electrical BIM Modeller in Victoria.

I’m married and have a wife and a child, but I have come to Victoria by myself for work, while my family is currently elsewhere.

My work schedule means I’ll probably leave the house around 7:30 AM and usually be out until later in the evening. I don’t have a fixed time when I’ll return, but I expect to be away from home most of the day and often until quite late.

I’m a very quiet, respectful, and clean person. I take cleanliness and keeping the home organized seriously. I don’t smoke, I don’t party, and I generally have a calm and simple lifestyle. Since I’ll be living in Victoria mainly for work, I’m looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay.
