Cajjmere

Hi, I’m Cajjmere (pronounced cashmere) and I’m looking for a place Nov 1 or immediately in Toronto with a budget of $700-$1000 per month.

I’m clean, quiet, respectful of others’ privacy and personal space, easy to get along with, and I work full-time. I don’t smoke and I don’t have any pets. I’m very mindful of shared spaces and always make an effort to keep my surroundings clean and tidy. I’m also reliable when it comes to paying rent and maintaining good communication, and I believe in being considerate, respectful, and mindful of the people I live with.

I currently live on the outskirts of Brampton and work near the airport. I would prefer to live in Toronto again and reduce my mileage a little. I do own a small vehicle, so I would require parking of some kind if possible.

I previously lived in the Toronto Cityplace neighbourhood with a roommate for 10 years, so i’m very familiar with inner-city/downtown condo living. I’m open to consider any area of the city though.
