Cajjmere

Hi, I’m Cajjmere (pronounced cashmere) and I’m looking for a place Nov 1 or sooner in Toronto with a budget of $1,200-$1,400 per month.

I’m clean, quiet, respectful of others’ privacy and personal space, easy to get along with, and I work full-time. I don’t smoke and I don’t have any pets. I’m very mindful of shared spaces and always make an effort to keep my surroundings clean and tidy. I’m also reliable when it comes to paying rent and maintaining good communication, and I believe in being considerate, respectful, and mindful of the people I live with.

I currently live in Hamilton and work in Mississauga, therefore I am commuting daily, but would much prefer to live in Toronto again to greatly reduce my mileage. I do own a small vehicle, so I would require parking of some kind.

I previously lived in the Toronto Cityplace neighbourhood with a roommate for 10 years, so i’m very familiar with downtown condo living. I’m open to consider any area of the city though.
