Hi there I’m Randy. Right now residing at 981 College St between Dovercourt and Dufferin looking for something nearby. 700 is what I pay for rent. My landlord since I moved in June 2023, never told me my basement was never registered for renting rooms and I’m now being forced out by the city by latest November, but I need a solution now while I have the time. I started a new position as a kitchen assistant/cook at a bar/brewery in the East End this past week, so I don’t exactly have first and last immediately available. Wondering if I can initially start off with first months rent and once I get paid I can cover last month’s rent. Just a quiet working guy in an unexpected situation caused by my landlord. Wondering if we can make this could work.
