Hi there I’m Randy. Right now at 981 College St between Dovercourt and Dufferin looking for something nearby. This is what I pay now for rent. My landlord never told me my basement apartment was never registered and I’m now being forced out by the city by latest November, but I need a solution now while I have the time. This makes me strapped for first and last. Just wondering how soon I could say perhaps have this place and pay at least the first month? Just a quiet guy in a situation caused by my landlord.
