! I’m looking for a studio apartment from October 1 to June 30, around Guy-Concordia / Shaughnessy Village. I recently finished my Master’s at UofT and will be in Montreal for an internship. I’m open to a lease transfer, sublet, or shorter-term lease.

I’ll be the sole occupant and am looking for somewhere quiet, clean, and well-maintained. I have previous rental history and I’m happy to provide references or any other information needed.
