Hi, I’m Luka, a 21-year-old UBC Sauder student from New Zealand. I’m looking for a private room with good transit access to UBC, ideally from October 1. I’m clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. My routine is generally focused on university, the gym and cooking, and I value a calm, friendly home where housemates communicate openly while respecting each other’s privacy. I’m happy to contribute consistently to cleaning and household responsibilities. I’m looking for a stable arrangement, ideally furnished, with a budget of up to approximately $1,250 including utilities. Happy to meet or arrange a viewing to see whether we’re a good fit.
