Hi, I’m Edward and I’m looking for a place in Vancouver with a budget of $400-600 per month all in. I’m a 29-year-old guy looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to call home long-term.

I’m pretty easygoing, respectful, and clean. I’m on the quieter side and enjoy having a peaceful home, but I’m also friendly and happy to chat or hang out with a roommate when we’re both home.

I’m into music, movies, cooking, getting outside, and having a relaxed home environment. I respect personal space and shared areas, and I’m looking for someone who feels the same.

I’m hoping to find a stable long-term place with a good roommate and a comfortable living situation. I’m open to Vancouver, New Westminster, Burnaby, or nearby areas. Ideally, I’d like to be somewhere with good transit and within reasonable walking distance of a recreation centre and grocery store.
