Hello,

My name is Adam Hopkins. I am interested in a furnished room to rent in a responsible, quite home. My price range is $750.00 - $1000.00 per month. I am a middle aged man in my forties. Making a change. I have worked for Canada Post for the past seven years and before that I worked as an animal care specialist, photographer, entrepreneur, bar-tender and landscaper. I am moving to Vancouver from Toronto and I need a clean and comfortable mature environment. I enjoy music, movies, sports, art, fishing and keeping to myself. I do not party, smoke, drink or do any recreational drugs. I don’t go out at night. I am routine clean, I like a clean sink and washroom. I bake my own bread. I have no allergies. I am a firm believer in carrying your own weight. I am usually in bed around 9pm. I cook, I clean and I pay my bills. I am not looking for friendships but I am kind and encouraging. I don’t celebrate any traditional holidays but I do partake respectfully for the sake of others around me. No smoking is a must for me. I am an experienced roomie. In my late twenties and early thirties I managed a shared house in downtown Toronto for over 6 years. Taking a property the landlord was thinking of selling to one of his prime rental properties.
