Hi! My name is Reese. I’m 21 and looking for a studio, one-bedroom apartment, or other private space in the Wasaga Beach/Collingwood area. I’m also open to sharing with one compatible roommate if it’s a good fit. I’m friendly, respectful, a non-smoker and non-drinker, and I value having a comfortable home where everyone can have their own space and privacy. I enjoy gaming and socializing with friends online. I can get enthusiastic while gaming, but I’m respectful of others and mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours. I’m also in a long-distance relationship, so my partner may visit occasionally. I’m pretty relaxed when it comes to housekeeping and don’t expect a perfectly spotless home. I can sometimes be a little untidy, but I’m happy to clean up after myself and do my share of household responsibilities. I’m comfortable living with pets as long as they’re friendly and don’t have aggression issues. I’m bilingual in English and French and currently looking for part-time employment. I have reliable monthly income through ODSP while I work toward becoming more financially independent. I’m looking for an all-inclusive rental, with Wi-Fi being a bonus, and I’m available to move in as soon as possible. If sharing, I’d ideally like to live with one calm, respectful roommate who also values personal space and privacy. I’m looking for a home without smoking, drugs or excessive drinking. I think I’d be most compatible with someone who is fairly easygoing about day-to-day housekeeping, communicates openly if something needs to be addressed, and is respectful of each other’s belongings, guests and quiet time.
