I am a 55 year old, recently separated employed professional looking to secure clean, reliable, and functional accommodations. I’m a non-smoker, VERY rarely drink, and won’t be having guests over (except maybe my 2 year old grandson for a visit on occasion ☺️, and my children are all grown) I have quiet hobbies.

Given my career profile, I maintain a very quiet, disciplined, and predictable routine. I work steady night shifts (Monday to Friday, 23:00h to 07:00h) within the government security sector and have been in this field for 30 years. Because of my schedule, I sleep during the day, but I am pretty much immune to typical daytime noise (considering my profession LOL). I am exceptionally spartan; I require very little space to be comfortable, but I highly value building security and peace of mind, as you can imagine.

I haven’t rented a unit in 25 years as I was a home owner myself all of that time, so regretfully, I don’t have any rental references. However, the Administration and management where I am employed can provide proof of employment, position, and income in the form of a letter that can be easily verified.
