Hi there! My name is Josh, I’m 31, and I’m a full-time industrial paramedic.

Because of my work, I work on a two-week on / two-week off rotation, meaning I’m away working for roughly half the month. When I am home, I’m reliable, clean, and financially stable.

Personality-wise, I’m naturally social, outgoing, and energetic, but I’m very respectful of shared spaces, quiet hours, and house boundaries. On my time off, I love cooking, video and board games, a casual Friday poker night, and hanging out with friends.

I’m looking for a comfortable, clean place with easygoing roommates. I’m currently away on rotation until October 8th, so my ideal move-in date would be October 9th or 10th—though I’m happy to secure the room with the deposit and first month’s rent on October 1st. Since I can’t do an in-person viewing right away, I’d love to connect over a quick video call to introduce myself, walk through the space, and see if we’re a great fit.
