Hi, I’m a 29-year-old student looking for a room in Lethbridge from November 16, 2026, to January 10, 2027, with a budget of around $800 per month.

I’m looking for a quiet, clean home where I can rest after work. A private bathroom is important to me, and I would strongly prefer a furnished room. I have a car, so I’m flexible about the location and don’t need to be within walking distance of work.

I typically work long days and would mainly be coming home to sleep. My family lives in Calgary, and I expect to return there most weekends and many evenings, depending on my schedule, so I would be away quite often.

I’m quiet, tidy, and respectful of other people’s space and routines. I don’t smoke or drink, have no pets, and won’t be having guests over. I would rarely use the kitchen and don’t expect to use the laundry facilities or shared living spaces. I’d be a good fit for someone who appreciates a peaceful home and a housemate who keeps a low profile.

For now, I only need accommodation through January 10. However, I’d love to find a place I could return to during future rotations in Lethbridge, if an occasional, ongoing arrangement works well for both of us.
