Good day, I am Sam Broadfoot, a University of Toronto student in Pharmacy. I have chosen to do my hospital placement in the beautiful city of Thunder Bay from 26 Oct – 15 Jan. I am fortunate enough to be studying under a Military scholarship, with an additional grant from the University for my shelter and food expenses. I do not smoke and will not be bringing in any pets, and can provide the contact for one of my previous landlords in the last two years (I cannot include it in this listing, as it gets edited out). I can provide my last two pay stubs on request. I am interested in a bedroom for rent, from the 24th of October to the 17th of January, or dates that are comparable. I will not be able to come to view the unit in-person, but if time permits I would appreciate a virtual viewing or phone call so I can inquire about details of the rental, and be available for questions.
