Hi, I’m McKenzie and I’m looking for a room to rent with shared living space on or around Oct. 1st within Penticton city limits. I have a well behaved spayed cat that is super chill. A bit of yard space would a bonus. I don’t mind yard maintenance and chipping in for the greater good. Must be month -to- month lease. I do not smoke and am very tidy. My budget of $1500 per month including utilities.
