Hi! Thanks for reaching out. I’m 27 years old, I’m Italian, and I’m moving to Edmonton in late October with a Working Holiday Visa. I’m planning to stay for about a year to gain work experience and improve my English. I’m looking for a room in Edmonton with a budget of CAD 600–800 per month. I’m quiet, responsible and moving on my own. Ideally, I’d like somewhere with good public transit connections so I can get around and look for work, but I’m open to considering different areas of the city. Is your room available from late October? Could you tell me a little about the house, who I’d be sharing it with, and whether utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent? Thanks!
