Hi, I’m Carmen and I’m looking for a place in Vancouver with a budget of $1,500 per month or less. I am a retired teacher and travel, often away for up to 2 months at a time. I am currently in Nepal and India. I only ride a bike and I love gardening. I am a quiet tenant and have great references. With a garden, I can grow your veggies for you.
