Hey, I’m Isaac. I’m from New Brunswick and looking to move to the HRM. I’m pretty laid back and can get along with most people. While I value my own privacy and space, I’m sociable and always like to meet new folks! I work offshore, so I would actually be gone for 170-200 days a year, and then I am home for the remainder of that time (e.g., 4 weeks at work, 4 at home).

I don’t smoke weed myself, but don’t mind roommates who do. Cool with cats and dogs. Social folks are great, though not ones who are overly loud, as I sometimes work from home.

My budget is roughly in the $1600 range (rent+utilities), but can be flexible if needed. I would ask that the accommodations have a parking spot for my car (Impreza Hatchback!).
