Hi! I’m Khoa, a recent UBC grad currently working full-time in Downtown Vancouver as a young professional. I’m looking for a cozy, tidy room in a shared house or apartment starting in January or February 2027 for a long-term stay (1–2 years). My budget is $900/month (preferably utilities included).
