Hi, I’m Lou-Ann (45) and I’m looking for a place/ basement suite in Akinsdale or Forest lawn with a budget of $1,500 per month. I have a 3 year old, really well behaved, son that lives with me 4 sometimes 5 days a week. I have a great relationship with his father. My daughter lives on Forest drive and is having my second grandbaby. Yes I’m a Nanna of two with a 3 year old of my own. Haha. I do not drive due to personal fear so I would like to stay close so I can help with my new granddaughter and my son can play with his nephew often 😊 My son is in daycare over by the 7/11 in akinsdale and my work is fairly close. I’ve lived in St.Albert since I’ve been 5 years old. I’m a quiet person that goes to sleep when my son does at like 7:30. 😆 I wake up and go to work, then do it all over again. ❤️ I do not throw parties or drink. If I want to socialize I’ll do it out in public mainly. I do not have any animals and I don’t plan on getting any, dr ordered. Haha. I put Nov 1 for move in but I can do sooner too if I must. ❤️
