Hi, I’m Taneya! I am a pharmacy student who will be doing rotations in Ottawa from Feb - August 2027. I was wondering if I could lease a private room for these months and prefer a private or ensuite washroom.

I am very cleanly, organized, and proactive with my rent, and have only had good things to say from previous landlords and roommates! I was also wondering if this place would or could come furnished as I will be coming over from the GTA, so that would save me some time with furnishing the place during the winter months.

Do you mind sharing a bit more about this listing, its specific location, nearby transit (subway, bus, LRT) the associated fees (hydro, water, utilities, laundry, etc…) as well as the parking situation?
