Hi, I’m Ismail. I’m a research consultant and full-time paralegal student at Seneca. I’m 42, quiet, clean, respectful and a non-smoker. I spend most of my time studying, working and writing, so I value a calm, comfortable home environment.

I’m looking for a furnished place in Toronto beginning around October 8, ideally for 1–3 months, although I’m flexible for the right fit. I’m particularly interested in a private studio or a spacious room with its own bathroom. My budget is around $1,500 per month.

I’m easy to live with, considerate of shared spaces and looking for somewhere I can settle in comfortably while I transition between apartments.
