I like keeping shared spaces clean, tidy, and clutter-free, and I’d appreciate the same from my roommate. I love watching TV shows/movies and listening to music, but I’m respectful of other people’s schedules and quiet time. I don’t smoke, but I don’t mind if you do as long as it’s outdoors. I do drink occasionally, but I rarely host friends or have people staying over. I’m also completely fine with having guests, including guys — I’d just appreciate a heads-up and consideration for the person you’re bringing into our shared space. 🐶🐱 Pets are absolutely fine with me!
