Hi! I’m Dean 😊 I’ve recently arrived from Australia on a Working Holiday Visa and I’m currently looking for a private room with a budget of around $1,350/month.

I’m planning to stay in Vancouver for at least 12 months, and I’m looking to move in anytime after the 11th of October.

I’m fairly quiet and introverted, but I’m friendly, easygoing, and always happy to have a chat. I don’t smoke and rarely drink, and I enjoy watching movies, reading, and cooking in my spare time. I’m looking for a relaxed and comfortable home rather than a big party house.
