I’m looking for a private room in a respectful shared home, ideally between Dupont, Lansdowne, Spadina, and Queen. When I’m not working, I’m into music, dancing, film & TV and cooking at home. I’ve lived in several shared accommodations and enjoy both community and privacy. Preferably unfurnished and r under $1,100/month. I’ve been a self-employed community arts facilitator with regular work in Toronto for 20 years, and can provide references and income details. I have 20 smallish djembe drums that need a dry, secure storage spot; parking would be helpful, though I’m open to arranging it separately. Looking forward to hearing from you! Tim
