Ideally looking for a room with my own bathroom in Parksville with a budget of $1000-$1300 per month. Could move in as soon as mid October but flexible. November and December work too.

I work and take online courses in my spare time. Up early and in bed early during the week. Mostly keep to myself and do my own thing, but friendly. Enjoy cooking and nature photography. Love being outdoors and on the beach.Would be great to find a respectful quiet environment to call home. Open to short or long term room rentals.
