Description

I’m looking for a furnished room or apartment in Toronto for my son, Chad, who will be moving to the city in January 2027 for an eight-month co-op placement at SickKids Hospital.

Ideally, the accommodation would be close to the hospital or conveniently located near a subway station. Chad is initially looking for a two- to three-month rental while he gets settled, but we would also consider an eight-month lease if it’s the right fit.

Please let me know if you have anything available starting in January 2027. We would also appreciate knowing whether there is any flexibility in the monthly rent, particularly for a longer-term commitment.
