Hi, I’m Beatrice, a PhD candidate at UofT, studying Literature. I’m italian, 28 yo. I’m looking for a room in a shared apartment/ a studio apartment with a budget of $1,200 per month, as close as possible to UofT St. George. I’ve experience in roommating, I’m a morning person and a quite good cooker (able to set up unforgettable pasta or pizza nights with my flatmates), quiet, respectful and clean. I usually spend most of my day on campus.

P.S. I’m a tobacco smoker, but I NEVER smoke indoors because I hate how the smell lingers in enclosed spaces (that’s why I’m looking for a place with a small garden or balcony, to have a sigarette after dinner)
