Hi, I’m Sheena and I’m looking for a place in Downtown Vancouver with a budget of around $1,200 per month for October 15th or November 1st.

I am a full-time visual artist, based in Vancouver.

For the past six months, I have been travelling across British Columbia, exploring beautiful communities, connecting with people, and finding inspiration for my art. I am now looking forward to settling back into Vancouver and finding a lovely place to call home.

A little about me: I am creative, independent, friendly, and easygoing. I enjoy meaningful conversations, cooking, music, dancing, staying active, and spending time in nature. I am vegetarian, a non-smoker, and lead a healthy, substance-free lifestyle.

I appreciate a clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained home. I value personal space and privacy, but also enjoy the warmth of a friendly household, whether that means sharing an occasional meal, having a good conversation, or simply enjoying each other’s company.

I have my own art studio in Vancouver, so my creative work happens primarily outside the home.

I am looking for a bright, comfortable room in a shared apartment, ideally around Yaletown or Downtown Vancouver, with good natural light and a welcoming atmosphere. I would love to find a place where everyone feels comfortable, respected, and at home.
