We’re looking for a self-contained apartment with two bedrooms, a private kitchen and bathroom, and no shared accommodation. Ideally, the rent should include all utilities, hydro, water, heat, and internet to help us manage our monthly expenses. Location is important to us, as we need convenient and affordable commuting options for both work and school, particularly to the Manotick Main Street and Algonquin College. I’m a very organized, neat, and responsible person who takes pride in keeping my living space clean and well maintained. We’re hoping to find a clean, safe, and comfortable place within our budget, and we’re open to different neighborhoods in Ottawa if the location and transportation options are suitable.
