A bit about me: I’m 37, married with a young son, and work in Finance in Vancouver. My family and I are planning to relocate to Victoria, but I’ll continue working in Vancouver approximately 3 days a week.

I’m looking for a comfortable, furnished room in the West End or downtown that I could use 3–4 nights per week, predominantly during the workweek. I’d typically be at the office all day and back in Victoria for weekends. I also travel regularly for work, so there would be weeks when I wouldn’t be around at all.

I’m quiet, tidy, respectful and easygoing. Given how little I’d actually be using the space, I thought this could be a mutually beneficial arrangement for someone with an extra bedroom.
