Hi, I’m Akhil and I’m looking for a place in New Westminster, Surrey and Burnaby with a budget of $900 per month. I am transferring from my office in NY to Burnaby, so I’m new to Canada. I am friendly, respectful and clean. I lived in Oregon for my grad school so I love the PNW weather. My office is right next to Metrotown station so I would prefer a place within walking distance to a metro station. I plan to stay at an Airbnb for the first few days after landing in Vancouver to set up my Canadian bank accounts and what not while I check out listings in person before locking in on one.
