I have secured a full-time cook position at a senior living community near Kitsilano / Arbutus, with a start date as soon as I relocate.

My hiring manager can provide an official employment verification letter upon request.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Routine: I’m an early bird with a consistent schedule and an early bedtime, as my shifts start around 6:00 AM.

Lifestyle: Clean, quiet, and independent. I don’t smoke, use cannabis, or drink alcohol. I don’t host parties or have overnight guests. I usually spend my free time at the gym taking group classes or cycling.

Kitchen habits: Since I cook all day at work, I prefer quick, simple meals at home. I don’t do heavy cooking and always clean up immediately after myself.

Living style: I value open communication, healthy boundaries, privacy, and a peaceful home where everyone feels comfortable and respected.

Pets: I don’t have pets of my own, but I genuinely love animals and would be happy to live in a pet-friendly home.

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR

Location: Kitsilano, Arbutus, Kerrisdale, Fairview, or nearby areas — ideally within a 15-minute bike ride of work.

Household: Female-only household, preferably with no more than 1–2 other female housemates.

Budget: $800–$1,100/month, flexible depending on utilities and location.

Move-in: Flexible / ASAP.

Rental arrangement: Month-to-month or a flexible arrangement preferred.

I’m hoping to find a quiet, comfortable home with considerate housemates who value cleanliness, privacy, and mutual respect.
